About this project

Strengthening a digital identity and expanding its story.

Datashift is a data consultancy helping organizations make better decisions through insights and strategy. As the company expanded its service portfolio and entered the ESG space, its website needed to evolve to better reflect its expertise, credibility, and growing scope.

The Challenge

The existing homepage communicated information, but lacked narrative and emotional connection. It didn’t clearly express Datashift’s value or guide visitors through its expertise. At the same time, ESG was introduced as a new strategic offering: a complex and high-impact service that required clarity, confidence, and a strong educational layer to feel accessible.

The Approach

The work focused on turning complexity into clarity. The homepage was redesigned as a structured story that builds trust and momentum, while the ESG offering page was created as a standalone experience that explains, contextualizes, and invites action without overwhelming users.

Research & early direction
Early research focused on understanding how Datashift’s expertise was perceived and where clarity was missing. Through content analysis and stakeholder input, two priorities emerged: the homepage needed a clearer narrative and stronger positioning, while the new ESG offering required a dedicated landing page that could explain complex concepts without overwhelming users.
Homepage
The homepage was redesigned as a strategic story rather than a list of services. Clear positioning, visible core offerings, and authentic proof points guide visitors through Datashift’s expertise while building credibility and momentum. The structure helps users quickly understand what Datashift does, why it matters, and where to go next.
ESG offering page
The ESG page introduces a new service area from the ground up. Complex topics are broken down into clear, digestible sections supported by visual elements, framing ESG as a natural extension of Datashift’s data expertise. The page is designed to move users from understanding to engagement, making a technical subject feel accessible and actionable.
